Hey, I'm Lee Solomon

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO


Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, I now call Tampa, Florida home. When I'm not helping clients overcome OCD, you'll find me training in the boxing gym—a passion that keeps me grounded and focused.
Here's what you need to know: I'm not your typical therapist. I live with OCD every single day, just like you do. The difference? I've learned how to turn it from my greatest weakness into my greatest strength as a healer.


For years, I struggled with the same intrusive thoughts, the same exhausting rituals, the same fear that controlled my life. I tried therapy after therapy, desperately searching for someone who truly understood what I was going through. That search led me to become the therapist I needed but couldn't find.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I'm currently pursuing my PhD in Psychology—but my real education came from living with OCD and finding my way to freedom. Today, I use this unique combination of lived experience and advanced clinical training to help people break free from OCD faster than anyone thought possible.

How long does each therapy session last?

Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes. However, Reality-Based ERP sessions may extend to 60-90 minutes when we're doing in-context exposures in your actual environments. The length depends on what we're working on—office-based sessions are shorter, while real-world exposure work requires more time to be effective.

Are the therapy sessions confidential?

Absolutely, all sessions are completely confidential. We adhere to strict privacy laws and ethical guidelines to ensure your information is protected. Your OCD journey and progress remain private between us, creating a safe space for you to face your fears without judgment.

Do you offer online or teletherapy sessions?

Yes! I'm licensed in Florida, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Utah, offering secure telehealth sessions to residents of these states. We are strictly a telehealth organization.
